well-Being at home week: Activity 3: Guided Meditation with Miss O' Rourke

​Each day of Well-Being at Home Week, there will be a video tutorial from some of the teachers in Creagh National School. There will also be menus (Junior and Senior) of mindful/ Well-being tasks for children to do. Please:
1: Watch the tutorial video.
2: Choose at least two of the activities to do per day.
If you wish your child's activities to be featured on the website you must give permission by messaging your child's teacher directly. ​

Guided Meditation with Miss O Rourke

Guided meditations are a really terrific way to relax. Get yourself comfortable and allow Miss O' Rourke to lead you through a visualisation activity where you will imagine yourself in your favourite place.
