Well-Being at home Week: Activity 2: Pizza massage with Mrs Bleahene

​Each day of Well-Being at Home Week, there will be a video tutorial from some of the teachers in Creagh National School. There will also be menus (Junior and Senior) of mindful/ Well-being tasks for children to do. Please:
1: Watch the tutorial video.
2: Choose at least two of the activities to do per day.
If you wish your child's activities to be featured on the website you must give permission by messaging your child's teacher directly. ​

Learn how to give a Pizza Massage

Creagh National School have been taking part in the Friends Programme for the past number of years. One of our favourite activities from the Fun Friends sessions is The Pizza Massage. In this short tutorial, Mrs Bleahene will take you through the massage step by step.
Try it!! It's a great way to relax and fun too!!
