Each day of Well-Being at Home Week, there will be a video tutorial from some of the teachers in Creagh National School. There will also be menus (Junior and Senior) of mindful/ Well-being tasks for children to do. Please: 1: Watch the tutorial video. 2: Choose at least two of the activities to do per day. If you wish your child's activities to be featured on the website you must give permission by messaging your child's teacher directly.
Activity 1: Be Kind with Mrs McCann
In the first activity tutorial of Well-Being at Home Week, Mrs. McCann challenges us to spread a little kindness and thoughtfulness in our neighbourhoods. She asks us to think particularly of those older and more vulnerable people in the community who are only able to take brief walks. Mrs McCann has three great ways that we can brighten up the days of these precious people. Watch the video, choose one of the ways and then share your experiences on your class platforms.
