G.A.A. Throwing and Catching  Challenge

There was a terrific response to Mr Ronaldson's G.A.A. kicking challenge so he has come up with a second challenge; this time focusing on throwing.
The task is : Throw a ball against a wall and catch it behind your back. See how many you can do within 30 seconds. We would love to make a montage of your efforts for the website. (If you want to be included: video your own attempts and post them to here. )
